Tree of Life Elects Board Members for the Fifth Session of the Year 2020-2022

The Tree of Life Social Charity Association organized the regular general assembly meeting and elections for the fifth session of the year 2020-2022 on Saturday 11 July 2020 through Zoom.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohamed Ashir, representative of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Mr. Ahmed Bou Jerry, representative of the External Auditing Company, and Mrs. Shafiqa Mr. Abdul Amir Al-Muallem, Chairman of the Elections Committee. The number of attendees at the meeting reached 17 members who fulfill the requirements.

The meeting began with a welcoming of the members and representatives, followed by the certification of the representative of the external audit firm on the association's financial report for the year 2019, after which Mr. Khalil Al-Dailami, Chairman of the Board of Directors, addressed the explanation of the literary report for the year 2019.

The organizing committee announces that the number of candidates was 7 members, and the number of members of the board of directors is 7 members. Therefore, according to the internal regulations, the election process is by ballot among the nominated members.

The results of the meeting resulted in the nomination of members:
1. Mr. Khalil Ahmad Al-Dailami, Chairman of the Board of Directors
2. Mr. Jamil Abdullah Al Shihab, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors;
3. Mr. Adel Ahmed Al-Dailami, Secretary;
4. Mr. Nader Ahmed Mamari, Financial Secretary;
5. Mr. Cyruz Abdel-Hamid Kazerouni, member of the Board of Directors;
6. Mr. Ali Al-Dailami, member of the Board of Directors;
7. Mr. Musa Najaf, member of the Board of Directors.

The committee organizing the elections for the fifth administrative session extends sincere thanks and appreciation to all the candidates, and thanks also goes to all members of the General Assembly for their keenness to actively participate and support the electoral process.
