The association participated in the launch ceremony of the book "Cafes and Cultural Councils Between the Past and Present" by Dr. Fahd Hussein

The Tree of Life Charitable Social Society participated in the launch of the book "Cafés and Cultural Gatherings: Past and Present" by Dr. Fahad Hussein, organized by the Bahrain Writers and Authors Association on Monday evening, October 27, 2025, at its headquarters in the Zinj area. The book documents the history of cafes and cultural gatherings in the Kingdom of Bahrain and their historical and social role in fostering literary and intellectual dialogues, as well as highlighting their impact on shaping cultural awareness across generations. The evening was moderated by Mr. Karim Radhi in an engaging conversational style, combining critical readings with open discussion between the author and the attendees, who included writers and those interested in cultural affairs. We commend this generous initiative to dedicate the proceeds from the book sales to support the orphans of the Tree of Life Charitable Social Society, reflecting the spirit of social solidarity cherished by Bahraini society.
